I wrote to you of childhood fantasies

I love you all very much!
This week has been really good! The Christmas spirit just makes everything better I feel. I really love being a missionary during this special holiday season. It helps me truly remember the reason for the season is him.
This past week has been super rainy. It has rained almost every day! With all this rain we saw some really cool miracles. Monday night we went door knocking and had two miracle lessons. The first lady saw us as we were walking down the street. She asked us are you Christian? We told her yes and she told us that she use to be Christian to. We were able to talk with her about why our church is different.
The other miracle was knocking and a teenage girl answered the door. It turns out she goes to a Christian HS. We talked with her for about 10 minutes and was able to give her a BOM.
Tuesday night we decided to do church tours. The first family we talked to came in and we had a nice tour with them. The daughter seemed really interested but right now she is just too busy with school. We gave her a BOM.
A huge miracle was finding a LA house that we have been looking for the past month. Her name is Li JM. She takes care of 3 handicapped kids. One of the kids is sick so she did not let us in. However, we were able to sing to the kids and her while standing at the door.
Saturday was our ward party. It was so much fun! They had their program and the missionaries were the last act. We sang silent night in English. The ward was really TOUCHED!
Sunday we finally got to watch the First Presidency Christmas devotional. It was a good start to the Christmas week. I loved hearing the talks and the music.
We had a specialized zone training yesterday. It was all the zones that were not in Taipei. The training was really good. I am blessed with such good leaders!
